Leader’s Voice — Ricardo Resstel · Communication, Influence, Positioning

Your work already speaks for itself. The problem is that no one is listening.

You have built results, trust, and a reputation that speaks for itself. You simply have never tested the stage as part of that equation. It is not a lack of expertise. It is a strategy that has not yet entered your radar.

The Leader’s Voice Mentorship exists to close exactly that gap, with the right structure.

Have you ever taken the stage and left without a contract? The reason is the same: a lack of structure, not talent. Individual, personalized process. Limited availability.

01What you are missing

Results and reputation do not sell on their own. The right stage sells much faster.

You can be excellent at what you do and never have considered the stage as part of your client acquisition. That is not a lack of expertise; it is simply a strategy that has not yet entered your radar. And there is a legitimate reason for that: stepping onstage without structure means risking the image you spent years building.

The stage is not meant to impress. It is meant to qualify decisions with the same rigor you already bring to your work.

Those who understand this difference turn every presentation into a predictable source of new clients. Those who do not keep leaving this opportunity untouched.

02The method

Every high-value decision requires three conditions at the same time.

A well-structured stage is the only environment that brings all three together at once. Paid traffic dilutes attention. Content builds trust through slow repetition. One-on-one sales depend on multiple interactions. The right stage resolves it all in a single exposure.

01

Clarity about the problem

The audience recognizes its own situation in your words precisely, not vaguely. When someone thinks, “he is describing exactly what I am experiencing,” resistance falls and the decision moves closer.

02

Trust in the person leading

It does not come from a résumé; it comes from an organized presence. When you organize the audience’s mental chaos, authority is perceived automatically—and perceived authority converts more than declared authority.

03

Genuine urgency

It is not pressure; it is a logical consequence. When the talk makes the cost of staying where you are clear, urgency arises in the listener’s mind—not in the speaker’s mouth.

03Proof, not promises

Theory without proof is only opinion. Here are real cases.

Daniella Costa
Attorney · Agricultural sector
Daniella Costa

A newly qualified attorney, in debt and earning a low salary as a public employee. Nothing in her background suggested what was about to happen.

R$ 6 milhões+from debt to this revenue in four months, with three talks.
Alexandre Morelli
Entrepreneur · Consulting and business
Alexandre Morelli

He was already a strong speaker. He had presence, content, and credibility. What was missing was the strategy to turn a talk into sales. The problem was not public speaking—it was message architecture.

US$ 24.000with only six people in the audience, in his first structured talk.
Adriano Costa
Engineer · Construction consulting
Adriano Costa

He tried to sell construction consulting online, chasing the “6 in 7” launch model. He generated R$30,000 to R$50,000 per month, but spent almost all of it on paid traffic and infrastructure. At the end of the month, there was no real profit.

R$ 115.000in his first talk—more than digital channels had delivered in real profit.
Fabiana Baggio
Feng Shui · 20+ years of experience
Fabiana Baggio

More than 20 years of proven results through her own projects. What was missing was not technical expertise, but the ability to turn that authority into an offer that sells from the stage.

R$ 45.000five R$9,000 mentorships from her very first structured talk.

05Inside the mentorship

You already have the knowledge. What is missing is the architecture that makes the stage sell.

The Leader’s Voice Mentorship is an individual process in which we prepare your next talk to generate clients—not merely to impress.

01

Message architecture

Positions you as the logical authority for the problem your audience already feels.

02

A structure that drives decisions

Not just information. The same audience that applauds today begins to act.

03

Presence, posture, and voice

Perceived authority from beginning to end, without relying on a résumé to sustain trust.

04

A close built on genuine urgency

No artificial pressure, no forced triggers, and no leaving the decision for “later.”

05

Real practice with real-time feedback

The same structure is tested and refined with you before you step onto the stage that matters.

06Before you apply

You may be thinking

“I have never given a talk before. Will this work for me?”

It works especially for you. Most people who join the mentorship had never given a talk before; they simply had never seen the stage as a real client acquisition strategy. The structure does not assume prior experience—it assumes you already have results and authority to build from.

“I do not want to step onstage unprepared and risk my reputation.”

That concern is exactly why the mentorship exists. It is not “get up there and improvise.” It is an individual process with a proven structure, built with you before any stage that matters.

“This is a significant investment.”

Compare it with the cost of continuing without this structure. How much revenue have you missed over the past 12 months by not having an acquisition channel that depends on you—not paid traffic or referrals?

Before you decide

Every month you do not use the stage to acquire clients is money that was already there, and you did not claim it.

This is not a recorded course. It is an individual process directly with Ricardo, with limited availability. If you already have a talk scheduled, this is when the structure needs to come in. If you do not have one yet, that is exactly why deciding now matters even more.
